Lifelong Livable Communities
Building an Age-Friendly Pikes Peak Region
Our Work
Serves our community
We are the local stewards of the international Age-Friendly designation for communities in the Pikes Peak Region. We provide an intergenerational lens for governments and elected officials, informing urban and rural design so that no one ages out of all our region has to offer.
We serve diverse partners throughout the Pikes Peak Region by convening leaders across sectors, building collaborations that serve the needs and opportunities of residents of all ages.
Our work supports economic vitality in the Pikes Peak Region through partnership with our local Better Business Bureau, diverse chambers of commerce, and startup accelerators. We are here to support business solutions that advance our mission.
We need you! We are placemakers for aging in the Pikes Peak Region, convening community members of all ages to collectively reimagine what it means to grow up and grow older here together. Your voice matters!
Join a Workgroup
We are the local stewards of the international Age-Friendly designation for cities and municipalities in the Pikes Peak Region. Our Age-Friendly Action Plan includes five focus areas through 2028: Housing, Workforce, Age-Friendly Environment, Health and Wellness, and Social Connection and Communication. Read our action plan to learn more about these focus areas, the specific action items our local communities have prioritized for each area, (is this where they could click on something that makes the interactive action plan open?) and join one of our workgroup todays to build lifelong livable communities in the Pikes Peak Region.
